The DCES Health Office will join with teachers, our counselor, social worker and ancillary staff in providing holistic services that consider the whole child and their family and/or community in our delivery of care while in the virtual setting. While we are currently not able to provide the usual in-person daily care and services like health screenings, injury triage and our provision of bandaids and snacks, we can certainly be available and in touch with you to continue case management of chronic illnesses, health questions, immunization review, health reports needed for programming (IEPs, etc) and in some way, provide a safe and comforting place to rest when things get hard to handle!!

While we are in Red Learning and school is online, the Nurse/Health office will remain available to you online, via telephone, or email.

NURSE office hours

The health office staff is available everyday 7:30am to 2pm via email @ In person office hours will be evolving as we return to our new learning environment and more students move into in-person learning. Medical orders may be faxed directly from your healthcare provider's office to 505-857-0107 or scanned/photographed and emailed to the nurse.

Please check back for more information. In the meantime, please email me--> for any of your needs, I will be checking my email frequently throughout the day and will return messages asap. You may also contact me directly via 505-399-2950 (text or phone call) if that is more convenient.
